In 2017, he founded Control de Cierres, a company specializing in real estate closings, alongside attorney Cecilia González R., an expert in the field. In 2013, he was elected President of AMPI San Miguel, and re-elected in 2014. By April 2014, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Municipal Housing Institute (IMUVI), a role in which he was re-elected in 2017 and again in 2020. Since 2017, he has served as the representative of AIAG for San Miguel de Allende. In 2018, he was also appointed as an Electoral Councilor for the National Electoral Institute (INE) for the 2018–2021 term — a reflection of his leadership, integrity, and continued commitment to San Miguel’s real estate and civic growth.
Jennifer Reichert is a third-generation bilingual and bicultural real estate professional with deep roots in San Miguel de Allende. She began her career at Keller Williams, where she was named “Rookie of the Year” in her first year and earned a place on the prestigious Agent Leadership Council as one of the top 20% of agents. Today, Jen continues her family’s legacy at San Miguel Properties, her father’s firm with over 30 years of experience. She is known for her client-focused approach, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail—qualities that define her as a trusted and dedicated leader in San Miguel’s luxury real estate market.
