Housing complex consisting of 21 single-family homes, under a horizontal condominium regime, with a clubhouse featuring terraces, swimming pools, an enclosed lounge, a fire pit, green areas, visitor parking, and controlled access. To allow the clubhouse to be used simultaneously, five “independent” spaces with shared services were designed. On the ground floor, there is a fire pit, an enclosed lounge, and Terrace 1; the latter two share the main pool. On the upper floor, there are two terraces, each with its own pool. Although these are individual spaces, they were designed as part of a single complex. The architectural proposal is functional, clear, and simple. Various volumes, materials, and openings are proposed that together speak the same language, aiming to achieve integration and balance between the built environment and its fusion with the landscape. The complex features universal accessibility, considering the following elements: safe pedestrian crossings, sidewalks level with the vehicular roadway protected by bollards, and ramps for access to homes and common areas. The landscaping proposal, with endemic species adaptable to the climate and altitude, will maintain the necessary balance and harmony without resulting in gardens that are unsustainable in terms of maintenance and irrigation.
